Shipping Policy

Sg will endeavour to deliver customer orders in accordance with their requirements. Sg rely on the customer to provide correct size, quantity details for their orders. Therefore, all orders should be confirmed via online shop, post, email or fax.

 

Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customer’s risk. Sg are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders.

 

Statutory Rights Sg terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Should you need to return items for any reason, please contact our helpline on 01925 491020 or emailing info@sg-embroidery.co.uk within 72 hours of receipt of order. 

 

Personalised products are non-returnable. Products that have not been personalised may be returned with the label, in their original packaging.  Customers must send returns back at their own cost.
